Silver Seniors Campus Gym |
We offer a gym where you can exercise with peers, but also socialize. Our main goal is for our clients to feel comfortable while trying to be their best selves. We have state of the art equipment that is safe for clients, as well as other modalities such as ice or heat for after workout soreness or pain. |
Eat: Happy & Healthy |
Eat properly can be hard, especially when you have different health issues to manage. Silver Seniors offers a cafe with healthy snakc and meal options along with nutrition coaches to help you figure out what your diet should be. A healthy lifestyle is not soley based in exercise, but also in diet. |
Campus Transportation |
Clients who rely on medical transporation via a texi service are often not where they need to be or overlooked. Silver Seniors saw that their was an issue and had to step in. Many clients want to live an active lifestyle, but do not have the means of get to a facility. Therefore, Silver Seniors created the a transportation program to help shuttle clients to the campus when they need it. |
Bingo |
Bingo is a time-honored tradition for most our clients so we sponsor our very own bingo events daily. It is easy to come work out, grab a snack after and play some bingo for the afternoon. |
Social Dances/ Gatherings |
Silver Seniors host dances and/or social gatherings on a monthly basis giving our clients an opportunity to get out on the town. These gatherings offer a place to meet new people and also burn some calories on the dancefloor! This service is one of the most talked about at Silver Seniors! |
